Course Description

Follows ASL-132 and is the first of two intermediate-level American Sign Language (ASL) courses focusing on communication in a cultural context. Students will further develop their knowledge of fingerspelling, vocabulary and grammatical structures, and expand their visual receptive and gestural expressive skills in order to comprehend and express essential ideas in ASL.

Pre-requisites
ASL-132 or in two years of high school ASL, with a C grade or better, or Instructor Permission
