An advanced-level course which studies project management techniques that provide a foundation for the CompTIA IT Project+ certification and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Also covers project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement management. Utilizes Microsoft Project software to manage a project.
