Course Description

This is an advanced-level course continuing the study of residential construction.  It focuses on residential carpentry construction techniques in the areas of roofing, siding, brick veneer, window and door installation, insulation, interior wall and ceiling finishing, finish flooring and wood trim.  Lab work includes completion of a wood frame house in a controlled environment.
