Course Description
Teaches the basic skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Mandarin Chinese within communicative contexts. Covers the elementary pronunciation and grammatical principles necessary for comprehending and expressing simple ideas in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese. Presents Chinese culture.
