Course Description
Covers the Internet - how it was created, how it works, and its impact on daily life. Presents the resources, services and tools available; such as e-mail, search engines, user-generated content, social and business networks; and e-commerce. Also evaluates ethical and legal implications of the Internet, Social Media, and Web, including how to safeguard themselves and computers from security, malware, and privacy threats.
