Basic manual drafting course that introduces graphic tools, techniques, and conventions used for effective visual communication in interior design. Students develop skills in architectural drafting, lettering, line quality, symbols, and sheet organization in the creation of a full set of residential construction drawings.
Credit for Prior College-Level Learning
Provide, in writing, a request to the department indicating the proposed rationale for requesting credit and describing the type of college-level learning upon which the request is based.
Submit a portfolio of work and documentation to substantiate the request.
Schedule an interview with the appropriate instructor(s) to discuss the request and portfolio.
Upon review of the request, portfolio, and documentation, the department will make a determination whether credit will be granted.
