Course Description
This course focuses upon the equipment routinely utilized to produce diagnostic images. The major emphasis will be on the construction and operation of the diagnostic x-ray tube, digital imaging systems, and fluoroscopic imaging systems. Basic principles of advanced imaging equipment such as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are introduced.
