Course Description
This course imparts a historical overview of digital radiographic imaging. Points of discussion include digital imaging characteristics, types of imaging systems and system components, digital image acquisition and manipulation, and digital image archiving systems. Principles of imaging system quality assurance and maintenance are also presented.
