Articulation agreements allow students to complete an associate degree program at HFC and transfer to a related program at a baccalaureate college or university with a minimum loss of credit or duplication of coursework. Most articulation agreements use the MACRAO agreement/Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) to meet general education requirements at the transfer institution. Every articulation agreement includes an articulation agreement guide, which lays out the specific courses to take in order to complete both the associate degree and bachelor’s degree programs.
