Catalog Course Description

An advanced energy technology course open to students who have completed two-thirds of various Energy Technology Associate degrees or advanced certificate. Course work activities are determined through consultation between student and instructor, but must include a documented plan of work with specific deadlines, objectives, and specific laboratory assignments.

Goal Statement

For students that are given a special project to be determined in the Energy Technology labs related to current standards in industry. Times for working in the labs to be determined by faculty.

General Information

Student must have access to a computer to complete the requirements for the course. This may be at home or when without a home computer the student must access computer lab computers on campus on a regular basis through out the course. Student must be computer literate with web browsers, word processing, spread sheets, e-mail, and other computer-online activities.
