Course Description

An introductory-level course focusing on using and supporting Apple products with primary emphasis on the Apple Operating Systems (OS), including installing, configuring, using, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing. Working with applications, file management, network connections, peripherals, mobile products, and cross-platform compatibility are also covered. Suitable for end-users seeking an in-depth knowledge of Apple products or help desk specialists/computer technicians who will be supporting Apple products within an organization.
