Course Description
Teaches the exercise professional how to establish a comprehensive strength training programs for a variety of populations. Lessons focus on technique, physiology of muscle contraction, nutritional factors and performance, bioenergetics, program design, and periodization. The course will help to prepare the student for the National Strength and Conditioning Associations' Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification exam.
