Course Description

This lecture/laboratory course is one of a four course curriculum in radiographic positioning and procedures. This course introduces fundamental radiology positioning terminology and provides instruction in standard imaging procedures for chest, abdomen, and upper extremity. Positioning skills will be practiced and reinforced through laboratory assignments. Consideration is given to the evaluation of optimal diagnostic images.
