Course Description
Further builds reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Modern Standard Arabic, focusing on communication in a cultural context. Students continue to expand their knowledge of vocabulary, pronunciation and grammatical principles in order to comprehend and express everyday ideas in both spoken and written Modern Standard Arabic.
Pre-requisites
A grade of C or better in ARA-131 or in one year of high school Arabic, or Instructor Permission (Note: a C- grade is not transferable and is not accepted by some programs at HFC.)
