Course Description
Explores different types of real property ownership and the rights and liabilities associated with each type. Examines the anatomy of a real estate closing, real property leases, and the laws surrounding foreclosure and eviction. Covers the drafting of documents relevant to both the acquisition and loss of real property.

ENG-131 with a C grade or better, or Instructor permission
