Course Description

Introduces the fundamentals of basic welding and fabrication. Explores the shop environment, basic print reading, basic welding, and basic fabrication functions necessary for entry-level positions in either manufacturing or manufacturing maintenance positions. Projects include fabricating and assembling a welded project during the three 6-hour sessions.
