Provides the necessary mechanics background for engineering technology programs. Main topics are forces, moments, equilibrium, free body diagrams, trusses, frames, internal forces, friction, and area moment of inertia.

Pre-requisites
MATH-100-level or higher, or high school algebra, or Instructor permission.
