Course Description
Examines various tests used for evaluating the health-related and skill-related components of physical fitness. Includes tests for body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, speed, agility, and power. Students will learn how to interpret test results and accurately recommend exercise programs for improvement.
