Course Description

Offers overview of industrial electronic circuits, and electronic and electrical sensor circuits. Reviews semiconductor and digital theory, troubleshooting techniques, and electronic components including transistors, diodes, SCR=s, DIAC=s, TRIAC=s, and various IC=s. Discusses three-phase and switching power supplies, DC motor drives, AC variable frequency motor drives, resistance welding controllers, and several types of industrial instrumentation circuits.
