Identify environmental symptoms.

Engage in physical release exercises.

Engage in mental release exercises.

Engage in emotional release exercises.

Engage in environmental release exercises.

Create a detailed plan to manage one's stress that includes the physical, mental, emotional and environmental aspects of stress.
