Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Define the phrase "personal growth."

Demonstrate strategies to measure one's personal growth.

Analyze personal growth by using the victim triangle.

Analyze sabotaging behaviors such as: self-defeatism, perfectionism, depression, criticism, being a victim, being a persecutor and living without purpose.

Role play how to promote the following positive behaviors: being positive, building confidence, raising one's self-esteem, following through on commitments and accepting responsibilities as well as consequences.

Establish achievable goals.

Discuss how to surround one's self with positive people network.

Explain how to be friendly to people.

Explain how to live and work with a sense of passion.

Describe how to take care of one's own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
