Course Description

Offers preparation for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer Certification Exam and other organizations. Covers the theories and practices necessary to create personalized exercise plans for clients and administer correct and safe exercise instruction. Consists of weekly three hours of online theory and two hours of hands-on activities in an exercise science lab setting.
